At Mokwheel, we want you to feel confident in your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your ebike purchase, we offer a 15-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide proof of purchase.

• 2.
  Prepare the Ebike

  Carefully repackage the ebike in its original box with all chargers, keys, and tools included to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
